Google has announced an update Panda 3.92 Google has announced an update Panda will occur within the next few days and will affect 0.7% of queries. 
Danny Sullivan has expected that this update will be the 19th in the history of the algorithm, and has called it as Panda 3.92. In fact, that Google rolls out Panda 4.0, Western expert doesn't believe.

Noting also that Danny Sullivan, referring to tweet Matt Cutts, confirmed the information that small change of the algorithm Google was happened, and so more domains appear in the SERP. According to the head of Google WebSpam, improvements in the algorithm should help to solve the problem with the dominance of a single domain in search results. However, the effect for this small change is negligible.
